How and even what wars get any coverage in the west is based almost entirely on which warring nations has the most white people in it. It has been that way forever.
It is why there are wars going on all over the world. Many far worse.
Yet Ukraine is the one that people make their entire personality, virtue signalling about this one conflict in a country most of these people can't even find on a map is used to signal "I am a good person according to the internet."
It is why why everyone pretends they care throwing up slogans in Ukrainian they know nothing about, plaster the flag everywhere. But you won't see a Somali or Sudanese flag anywhere.
