Maduro as not kidnapped. Biden didn't put out a $25 million bounty for his kidnapping.
That animal was LEGALLY ARRESTED and will face justice in America. In the process, Venezuela will heal from his dictatorship and LEGALLY elect a leader.
And with President Trump's help, Venezuela will be on the path of being a rich, prosperous country again, thanks to smart management of their natural resources.
No down side to this. The people are better off, better economic times are just ahead, and the usual left wing goose steppers are triggered to make ugly faces and look like the idiots they are.
