For whom was that statement about? ...

@AthrillatheHunt there's something wrong with making all children pay because fraud. It's not every state and in the video it has been partially debunked. So denying every state child care payments because of a few is unwarranted. But as long as it's not your child eh? Also Trump is president, Biden is no longer relevant.
