Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) Claims Donald Trump Vetoed UNANIMOUSLY Approved Water Bill as Revenge for Her Not Caving on Epstein Files.

Republican Colorado U.S. Representative Lauren Boebert issued a rare statement condemning Trump's veto of a unanimously approved bill that brings more water to rural communities in her home state.

Boebert said on Tuesday: 'President Trump decided to veto a completely non-controversial, bipartisan bill that passed both the House and Senate unanimously. Why?'

'I must have missed the rally where he stood in Colorado and promised to personally derail critical water infrastructure projects. My bad, I thought the campaign was about lowering costs and cutting red tape.'

The Finish the Arkansas Valley Conduit Act, which was approved in the House and Senate unanimously, would have finished construction on a pipeline project seeking to bring clean drinking water to dozens of communities in rural Colorado.

Democratic Colorado Senator Michael Bennett claimed Trump's veto 'is payback because Colorado won't bend to his corruption.'

Last month Boebert was pressured by the White House to drop her crusade to push forward the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Boebert was summoned to the White House and in an extraordinary display of political pressure was taken down to the White House Situation Room where she was browbeaten by Trump aides. Nonetheless, Boebert refused to bend and was one of four Republican House members who signed a discharge petition to require the Trump Justice Department to release the investigative files on former Trump close friend Jeffrey Epstein regarding Epstein sexual abuse of underage girls.
