To all those who try to hide behind the First Amendment…

Those on here who still use the whole “right to free speech” argument online simply have intelligence levels insufficient to understand that any online community is a business, and that just as you can be kicked out of any bricks-and-mortar establishment for behaving badly, so too can you be kicked out of an online community for doing the same.

You are always free to say whatever you want. It’s just that you can’t always say it wherever you want. It has been this way for decades. It is not that difficult to understand, yet those on here who are low of brow and high of hatred still cannot grasp that concept.

Free speech can be absolute. Providing one does in publicly and accepts the legal responsibility for ones words. The "Yelling Fire in a crowded theatre" is the oft quoted example. And truth should be a complete defence.😷
with freedom, comes responsibility

All rights are conditional to some extent. The Bill of Rights gives us freedom of Religion, but not if it involves human sacrifice.

Start your own Internet and website and you can say what you please

Until then you can get monitored by people that may have a liability for what you say
