It helps certain people in the short-term, but those same billionaires use charity as an argument against raising their taxes so we can have actual systemic policy that would end poverty. Charity is good, but not when billionaires are exploiting it to maintain the current system.

@Magicianzini The ones who are born wealthy, and that's most of them, are the worst ones. These people grew up above the law, surrounded by yes-men. The reason Trump gets so angry when journalists bring up the Epstein Files is because he hates that this is the one thing he can't own. All his life, he was able to openly brag about breaking laws. But this is the one time he knows he can't get away with it, at least in the court of public opinion. And that drives him crazy even though he'll never face legal justice.

I don't know what communism is. If you are talking about the political ideology of Karl Marx, it was never implemented let alone done so successfully in any country as far as I know. If I am wrong, then point out which country has a communist society as envisoned by Karl Marx?
