I'm genuinely confused. If liberals talk about tolerance and against hate. Then why the unmerciful hatred for Trump?

Don't give me politics. Explain why the Hate.

It's really not hate so much as absolute disapproval.

Imagine you were flying from Atlanta to San Francisco and in order to try something new and inventive to help the airline keep to its schedule, it hired a completely inexperienced pilot to fly the plane. Would you want to take the flight? Would you be filled with a sort of panic and fear that you're trapped on a ride you just know is going to end badly?

That's how Trump's detractors feel. There's no validity or invalidity to the sentiment, it's just what we feel and believe to be true. Many of us base this on the man's own personal, public and business histories. Taken in their totality, it's a pretty dismal picture from our perspective. We do fearr for ourselves, for the greater good, for other nations.

Calling the other side whiners, haters, losers, Nazis, racists, etc. does nothing to bridge the gap. We don't "hate Trump to hate Trump," nor are we hypocrites. We have genuine concerns and every single time we're dismissed with a label or insult, those concerns grow.

You're not of the people I'm referring to.
But yes I sympathize with your statement but will say this also. What qualifications did Obama have coming to office? Trump blows Obama resume out of the water. So the inexperienced pilot scenario doesn't quite work here.

@abe182: Obama was a Harvard constitutional law instructor, a community activist and then a senator before running for president. Trump is the product of inherited wealth, a questionable business record and absolutely no public policy experience.

Are those the two records you're comparing?

@lacsar: Affirmative action, when it's even in play, only gets you in the door. The rest is up to the student. Where were you educated?

The ACA has benefitted more than not, as demonstrated over and over again by things like math and economics. Opinion does not make fact.
