Stunts are what Trump is about. And he pulls them one after another to keep the news cycle going. Celebrity Trump wants TV ratings more than presidential approval ratings. The White House is his prop.

They’ve been in a serious wobble for the last 80 years not that it got them anywhere.
First the Russians beat them into space then they lost wars in third world countries like Vietnam and Afghanistan.
