I want to clear the air that even if one was a criminal, it still wouldn't be right what is happening with ice first off.
I do think we should deport criminals if they're here illegally. What I don't like is that ICE is just sending them to El Salvador, regardless of where they're from, and the prisons there are known for violating human rights. I don't think anyone, even criminals, should be sent to the prisons in El Salvador. I rather just keep those people in American prisons.

@BohoBabe Not all people here illegally are criminals in the strict sense of the word, not that's what you're saying. I remember hearing in the news there were several people who had no idea they had warrants to go back and they were here legally. Had no record except maybe a speeding ticket or maybe a drug charge from 10 years ago.
A soldier had a drug charge from 30 years ago when they didn't know what ptsd was and he got deported. Maga would say he was a criminal but he clearly wasn't even if he may have done wrong in the past doesn't always mean that is a person's default.
