SatanBurger There is no outside governing agencies on the Executive branch, other than the Supreme Court or a actual TRIAL by the Senate through impeachment by the house.
That IS the problem.
Not even the voters can do anything once the President has been elected.
It's just not IN constitution. The constitution IS the supposed governing document on the President.
CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION!
Put some rules, that limit the President, in the constitution!

Notice it doesn't say a democracy. Nor does the constitution even once say the prefix "demo" anywhere in it.
The majority of the founding fathers were AFRAID of the people. They were especially afraid of slaves!
Women were not even a concern. They just simply were not people of any type to even be mentioned in the constitution until 1920.
Both my parents were born in 1920. It wasn't that long ago.
