Look at the country of incorporation. That unfortunately is what matters. Not the investor's.

It's the same story with Tiktok. Tiktok was never incorporated in the USA.

It's one of the reasons why I don't like corporations. The investor's can all be from foreign countries. If it's incorporated in the USA.

A corporation is treated as an individual. Unfortunately with certain rights. They are basically giving USA corporate rights to foreign investors. That means PACs
