Nothing 馃槕 but if I had to pick one I'd say the NHS is the best thing we have. I'd say landscapes but the best ones are Scottish and I'm not letting England take credit for them 馃槀. It's history is interesting but awful and nothing to be proud of. It's government only represents London and the BBC are biased, paedo protecting scum (rather like the government). So the NHS is the best thing but the Tory government is trying to privatise that so Britain really is awful.
Whisky is ours. When something is good in England it's English and when something is good in Scotland it's British. So I'd rather not give them the credit for our landscapes or our whisky.
Agree with you 100% except Wales has beautiful landscapes also, but unless something happens in "The home counties" of England it gets forgotten. We should be proud that we don't live in North Korea etc and we have the NHS, but I am hoping for Scottish independence, just in the hope that one day Wales will get independence, probably won't happen though
@thatscottishguy: no its only scopttis h who think this, in england we dont care where people come from, i know loads of scots,we all ge ton fine, same with welsh and irish, they are just other people to us
It's not about whether we get on or not it's mainly "our" media. You lot don't care because there isn't really English patriotism anymore as so many of those who are say racist shit. English people feel British because it's their stereotypes forced as British stereotypes (are kilts seen as British). Also it's essentially your government. Hard for us to take pride in being British when really Britishness is Englishness. I hope Wales get it too and we have a united Ireland soon.
@thatscottishguy: Think it will take as long for Ireland to be united as it will for Wales to be independent, but I want to differentiate with parts of England, I have friends in Cornwall that are trying to keep Kernow alive
