Is Trump’s National Defence strategy likely to betray European NATO allies in the face of a totalitarian Russia/China bloc?

There is much debate about the strategy here in Europe.

Our European "allies" haven't been behaving much like allies for some time...

They should be more concerned about internal problems than external ones...

@wildbill83 I am Italian 🇮🇹 so I can say that we have been trying to thrive after the destruction of the world war and the resulting Cold War which America allowed to happen in Europe instead of pushing the Russian behemoth back in 1945. The world would be far different if America had insisted European nations had the same freedoms they insisted the British give to their empire as a price for American assistance. I read somewhere that the British only completed repayment for the American help in the Eighties!

@Ximenajacoba allowed to happen? We're not the ones that instigated two world wars, nor start a third. Russia and China would never have been a problem if Europeans had stamped out marxism instead of coddling it...

@wildbill83 Not everyone did it ! Look at your own political breakdown, who thought Trump would be president for a second time? Didn’t you see he is a narcissist? Now he’s allowing people to be killed on the high seas!

@Ximenajacoba We're not losing any sleep over dead narco's... the only mistake made was not eliminating them sooner...

@wildbill83 What about due process?
wildbill83 · 41-45, M
