Both Jews and Arabs are descendants of Abraham. So, why do they hate each other?
As the story goes, Abraham's wife, Sarah, was barren. Abraham was already 86 years old
and he begged God to give him children. Sarah told Abraham: "Why don't you take our servant Hagar?"
Hagar, who was an Arab, gave birth to Ismail. Soon after, God gave Abraham a son through his wife Sarah.
The kid was named Isaac. The two boys did not get along. Hagar and Ismail were sent away to live apart from
the family. The descendants of Isaac and those of Ismail are at war till today.

Aside from the fact that today's Jews have very very little Israelite ancestry, that's not really what the genocide is about. Zionism is about Jewish Supremacy. Zionists don't want non-jewish people in the region. If there was a huge Swiss population in Israel, Zionists would be making propaganda about how all of the Swiss people they're killing at members of Hamas. Even within the Jewish population, there's Ashkenazi Supremacy. If they finish off the Palestinians, brown Jews would probably be next.

@calicuz It's kind of a combination. It's like how the Nazis believed the Nordic race was the master race, so the more Nordic they could make the Germans, the stronger they would be. Nazism was both Nordic Supremacy and German Supremacy, but in different ways. Zionists believe Jews should control all of the Middle East, every other group must be driven out, and the more white they can make the Jews, the stronger they'll be.

How did the Swiss ended up in Israel? The Swiss is basically of German extraction.

The Nazis didn't care about whiteness, they cared about the German people and believed that certain other groups could be germanized. Slavs and Ashkenazi Jews were recognized as white, but not Aryan, which means they couldn't be germanized.

What do you mean by white? Nikki Haley is as white as they come but she is a Punjabi. She makes it as an American but would not be accepted as good stock for the fatherland.

We must remind others that Jew is not a race, nor has anything to do with genealogy, Jew is an ancient tribe of people like Cherokee or Aztec.

@sree251 Well race is a social construct, there's no clear-cut metric here. But the average Ashkenazi Jew looks just as white as the average European. Even if you want to go by genetics, Ashkenazis and Europeans are genetically the same.

@calicuz It's complicated. Even within the Jewish population, there are debates over who is a Jew. I agree that they're not a race, but I don't think they're an ancient people.

Race is a social construct just as gender is a social construct? If we make that line of argument then everything is an ideation and nothing is real. The psychology professor in liberal arts colleges is screwing up the American mind.

I would say that Jews are a type of people. There are some claims that there are black Jews from Africa but that is academic. They don't count. And even if some academic can put up a strong argument for that, it doesn't count.

This is a good informative discussion but why is AI telling us that the system is detecting hostility in this conversation?

Yeah, that warning is based on flagged words, "Jew" being one of them.
In regards to African Jews, it certainly can be true. Since Juda is a tribe, tribal standards determine who can join the tribe, so Africans can actually be Jews.
