Yeah, it's very telling that the people who are supposedly taking some moral stance against "violent words" are unable to call out the war crimes of Israel and the IDF and instead take to making excuses for them. Calling for the death of genocidaires bothers them because they fundamentally don't sympathize with the people saying it or the people they're defending and they do sympathize with the people being called out. That's really all there is to it. 🤷🏼♂
People aren't being punished/canceled for saying "death to the IDF" because "violent words are immoral", but because the powers that be have a vested interest in pleasing the Israeli lobby. Israel is always given an exception.
