@RedBaron Yes I'm sure. He was trying to get to his house and pulled over to ask if he could pass. The same road block was on his street where his neighbors were holding a Halloween party, that's why it was even recorded in the first place. Ice told him to move and before he could, another agent dragged him out of the car.

For reference, there's multiple videos of ice getting out their vans and pointing guns at people. One person has recently gotten their charges dropped by the prosecution because ice agents were recorded bragging about shooting her, they then made up a story of her hitting them when the reality was they were baiting her and swerved into her, shooting at her car even while being recorded.

It's 💯 true.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I'm not understanding why these ice agents aren't being held accountable. I get that we have a far right govt now so maybe that's part of it tho. Just that it's so wild the stuff they're getting away with.

It goes back to Jim Crow days when White cops routinely abused Blacks. They were very rarely held to account by our ancestors. And so the abusive behavior became part of the Slave Patrollers culture and the ICE agents are the current abusers. If they are not held to account it will soon be hell in America for even kindergarten students who act up. The cops will show up and shoot them dead.

When people allow the system to abuse one, the system will eventually abuse all.

@Diotrephes Yeah this is what decades of not being held accountable looks like, I think now it's more pronounced since they don't have to hide anymore so now it's just out there.

But it is getting worse cos it isn't just cops, I've seen at least 3 separate accounts of black people being ignored by nurses while they are in pain. One was being ignored while she was having the baby in a chair, I think she ended up suing. More and more are just acting like this, it's not okay.
