Trump is being propped up by a Deep State; there is no other possible reason. They're coddling him.
They're letting him destroy part of the White House because he needs to feel productive.
They're letting him blow up fishing boats in the ocean because it makes him feel tough.
They're letting him demonize his enemies, even longstanding supporters like MTG because they know he needs to. Then they're letting him sidle up to a political adversary (Mamdani), even when it's the perfect guy for him to demonize (well, he did that one on his own, because he's needy). His grandiosity has been completely beaten to a pulp.
They reinforce his narcissistic energy because he badly needs it, and they're locked into him because of the Base.
