I think Keir Starmer is finished.

As an armchair expert on the murky Kremlinology of UK politics, I sense his time is up. I think that Morgan McSweeney and the bureaucrats who run the party are set to try and replace him with Wes Streeting. All these damaging leaks look very orchestrated and not by Starmer.

The budget is about to drop and it's likely to include a lot of unpopular measures. Starmer is very unpopular and already on weak ground.

I don't think Streeting will be better at all because he's an arch Blairite. His communication skills will give him a brief honeymoon but that will wear off.

To their credit apparently helping Trump murder fishermen is a red line. The namesake of their movement Tony Blair probably would not be so principled.

Then again Starmer and Macron both seem to think they are fighting the Crimean War and both love to posture like they both still have the armies of their 19th century empires.😂

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I would agree but the Venezuela thing has got almost no publicity here. Our economy is a mess and Starmer has no answers. He's pissed off the left and the right.
