We all are aware

That the current ruling from SCOTUS regarding SNAP directly violates the Constitution, right?

No other branch of the government controls the purse strings except Congress and last I heard, they hadn't said anything about SNAP money. The administration has no jurisprudence.

SCOTUS has now officially become a rogue court.

The problem is the congressional funding mandate expired November 1. No authorization or money without congress extending it. You are right, congress controls the purse strings, but they walked out leaving no funding once the prior authorization expired.

The Supreme Court just confirmed that funding originates with congress. What we have is a rogue congress that can't get together and work out a funding bill. The executive branch is robbing Peter to pay Paul to fund SNAP (and the rest of government) at a reduced rate, out of existing emergency funds.
