Cosby came from our Philadelphia neighborhood. You didn't eat or drink anything from anyone. Halloween was a joke. But people still apply to the nearest Cosby if they don't want to live there forever in poverty. Or an Epstein would do. Because there's no socialism, no safety net, no community.
