Now, there is nothing stopping Carney from cutting a deal with China to take ALL of Canada's soybeans and rare earth minerals without tariffs, as well as import China's cars into Canada without tariffs since GM and Stellantis recently pulled out of Canada, laid off all their Canadian auto workers and moved their assembly operations to the American mid-west.
