Yesterday, it was announced that here in michigan, snap programs are canceled, starting in nov., indefinately.

13% of michigan households depend on those benefits. 1.4 million people.

How hollow will the wishes of "happy thanksgiving" sound when given by anyone that voted for this?
Not only will be turkey be off the table, those people will be lucky to afford chicken pot pies.

@Northwest of course he will. And as prices rise and products become less abundant, the cult will tell you that it is either biden/obamas fault, or no such increases and scarcity exist.
Still, after a decade, it is difficult to wrap my head around.
