What's with the black political talking head on CNN referring to serious accomplished people as "mediocre negros"?

I'm what world is that statement in any way OK?

Can't say I watch the clown news network. As for the mediocre comment it depends on who we are talking about. I mean this is the same country that thinks Paris Hilton and the Kardashians are accomplished people.
