What's with the black political talking head on CNN referring to serious accomplished people as "mediocre negros"?

I'm what world is that statement in any way OK?

@Jackjjacksonjr: No, the bullying will not fly. People can see that for what it is and will reject it. Most people are good and decent and don't like that kind of behavior. The left is committing suicide because they can't face reality. They are in total chaos now. and just think , it was only months ago they were laughing it up on TV saying the repubs were in chaos.
