Kind of looks like Germany or Tokyo in 1945.

But within 20 years both West Germany and Tokyo had rebuilt to first class countries and cities with striving economies. Both embraced their new relationships with the countries that had bombed them to rubble, and look at what wonderful places they are now.

Hamas is bad for the Palestinians, much like the Nazis were bad for the German people. Join the European and American democracies rather than fight them and the Palestinians can likewise enjoy a striving economy and a vibrant place to live.

@Heartlander I don't think there's gonna be a Marshall Plan level of investment into Gaza Strip in the sense of crafting a two-state solution.

I'm very convinced any rebuilding is going to be for Israeli settlements.
