Who's really going to resist when the shit actually hits the fan?

Of all the "enemies within" that might fight back, I doubt it's going to be Democrats, radical leftists, or even settled "mongrel hordes" that will be the most troublesome or heroic, depending on how you feel about democracy and basic social values.

My guess is, as Rick Wilson lays out, the harshest resistance and retribution for Trumpist crimes against humanity will lean more conventionally right than left.

Doubtful. Historically even the "traditional" right will look at the violence of fascism as distasteful but will ultimately side with them because it brings about the same end goals.

And most of the "traditional" right in the US are proving the left correct that many are no different they just care about optics.

The people who claim Charlie Kirk was not a racist and get mad when you point out all the racist things he said.

I think the biggest thing that made this easy for Trump is generations of Americans purged the left any anyone capable of fighting back.

The SRA is noble but I doubt they have the numbers, and thanks to a variety of factors groups like the Panthers have just been turned into the flip side of the KKK and any leftists or revolutionary potential has been crushed there.
