Why do people think that Muslim countries have not take Syrian refugees?

They have. The five biggest havens for the Syrian War are all Arabic nations. Lebanon has increased its population by about a third whereas rich first world countries moan about taking thousands. Some Muslim countries could do more; such as Saudi Arabia, which is the West's greatest ally in the region. This is a humanitarian crisis and for me people are people irrespective of skin colour or religion.

That's probably not newsworthy to the Western media, so they're less likely to report it. But Westerners like to ask "pointed" questions based on the limited information we do receive. It's like the folks who keep asking, "why don't Muslims speak out against the terrorists", when plenty have done nothing but speak out---risking and often losing their lives in the process. But if we don't know about it in the world, it hasn't happened.🙄

Millions marched in the middle east against Isis a couple of weeks ago. But the media didn't say a thing...

Exactly.

Its also the point that some people don't want to know. This question is partly in response to the last post on the politics section. Someone said;

"Why don't Middle Eastern Countries take Syrian refugees?".

The question got loads of hearts and comments about 'typical Muslims' in spite of being based on a factually incorrect premise. Nobody thought it through or did research before agreeing.

Sorry. I wanted to give you best answer but it was a close call with you and Laifu. I award you unofficial close-second best answer though. ;-)
