China is planning to put their missiles along the Mexican border, aiming them into America, will that be ok ?

Where in the hell did that come from. China has no intentions of doing that. If you're going to deploy missiles and or artillery you also have to have a sizable logistics force to support it along with a defense force.

It's not like setting up a couple of bottle rockets.
