Why hasn't Trump set a bounty on Governor of Illinois?

Trump has declared US cities war zones. He had been saying since August that Chicago would be next in line after he deployed 800 National Guard troops in Washington DC. Pritzker, who has demanded Trump's removal from office thru the 25th Amendment, is a bigger threat than Maduro.

All of the Dem Governors should put pressure on their congressional groups to impeach the orange traitor. Of course, the asskissing Repubs would block it but the Dems could hang tough on all other actions until the Repubs give in.
