Seriously? I thought 4th graders spoke at a higher level than that...
@HoeBag I had to do a research paper on music, which I really didn't want to do, but it was what the class picked.
And basically I remember there was study on the most popular selling music, I guess it used to be at a 9th grade level, say in the late 80s, early 90s, and in the 2000s it was then at a 4th grade level.

@sstronaut I know some music from back then was definitely more intelligent.
