Russel Vought, Trump's director of the Office of Management and Budget

Says he will determine if "Democrat" agencies will be cut temporarily or permanently. Layoffs will start in a day or 2. So what determines a Democrat agency? Anything that helps the people?

Anything he doesn't personally approve of. It won't go anywhere as it's blatantly illegal under the Pendleton Act. Although I'm sure Trump would love to bring back the spoils system.

@LeopoldBloom Is there anything left of the Pendleton Act? I'm sure it's unconstitutional as in violation of the Unitary Executive Doctrine.

If not, it will be.
