A Message to Document Workers and Your Friends

Most or many of you probably know someone or have a family member who has been swept up and deported without due process by Trump's SS. You don't have to live in fear in your own communities.

Organize!!! (I don't know why a leader hasn't emerged yet) If every one of you stay home and don't report for work for just one week you will have their attention. I know it will be a sacrifice because many of you live week to week. But you're already sacrificing through the fear and uncertainty they have installed in you and your community.

After one week they will see what you can do. You need to start storing canned goods and non perishables for a long haul. If you strike for a month, maybe only two weeks they will cry uncle. Factories, hotels, restaurants, construction projects and the transportation, storage and distribution of food and goods will slow to a trickle.

When the wealthy and corporations start losing money they will pressure the administration to rethink what they are doing and how they are doing it.

Remember, Nexstar and Sinclair changed their course within one week after subscription cancellations started pouring in and when sponsors started cancelling ads for the time slot that Jimmy Kimmel normally aired.

This is how you can beat them. This also the way we will eventually end Trump and his cronies who trying to take over America.

Explain to me why an illegal here get due process and enjoy the full extent of our legal system when they didn’t do their “DUE PROCESS” to get here in the first place?

@Prison1203 Part A has no bearing on part B

@Prison1203 Are you sure? Have you personally reviewed every one of their cases? Do you know their current status? Are they in the process of an asylum claim? Are they in the process of having a hearing before a judge?

Neither you nor I or anyone else can speak for any of these folks.
They each have their own circumstance and should be heard.

They get due process because it's the law. Even YOU get due process.

Now....imagine YOU have a dark complexion.... you're going about your business on the street, and suddenly, you're taken down by masked ICE thugs, cuffed and hauled away to who knows where.
Why? Because they saw your skin tone and decided YOU were an illegal. You were their target.
You try to tell them you are a US citizen! They ignore you. Off you go. Will your family know where you are?

They have said they are targeting people because of how they look!

They are not looking for the worst of the worst. They are sweeping up anyone who looks like "the other."

They have a quota to reach, and if you have the wrong skin tone, you're a target.....US citizen or not, it does not matter to them.

Is this what you want?

@Prison1203Supreme Court precedent: Landmark Supreme Court decisions, including Yick Wo v. Hopkins (1886) and Plyler v. Doe (1982), have established that constitutional protections extend to all people on U.S. soil, regardless of immigration status.

Zadvydas v. Davis (2001): The Court held that "the Due Process Clause applies to all 'persons' within the United States, including aliens, whether their presence here is lawful, unlawful, temporary, or permanent".

@MoveAlong How does it apply to murder's, rapist's and other criminals???
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
@JSul3 if they have an asylum claim then it’s not up for due process, they are here legally. If they entered illegally then they should not get anything as far as due process, and thank you for the whataboutisms
MoveAlong · 70-79, M
@nudistsueaz How does what apply?

Prison1203 · 61-69, M
@MoveAlong sure it does, if you’re going to break into a country what makes you think you have any rights? Try breaking into China, North Korea, mexico, turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan and see if you get due process or what happens to you
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
@pdockal none because he was a democrat, where was everyone’s outrage when Obama deported more illegal aliens than Trump ?
pdockal · 56-60, M
