The President is immune, but the stooge he hired to be the US Attorney, who managed the indictment is not. I'm sure he will give her a blanket pardon, but he will not be in office forever.

Comey's get out of jail ticket, is the previous US Attorney, who failed to indict because he figured out it was a nothing burger.

@Northwest And, before he resigned, he authored an official memorandum explaining why the charges were merit less, frivolous, and should not be prosecuted. The judge will have to consider that.
