But yall act like rhe right is some sortbof underdog and victim of mass suppresion and it couldnt be any farther from the truth.
Where was flags at half mast and outcry when a Democrat was murderded in her own bed. When ones husband was beaten wutb a hammer? There was nothing but cheers from the right
I do though wish yall cared this much when kids at school were shot .

@BorealPedant There isn't any. They consistently take not having special privledges and concessions to them as supression. Same when they blabber their fairy tales and get told by someone to stfu.
Never has any Christian group or person had tje government even attempt to silence them. They're just like jihadists in that when they dont get cow towed to, they scream oppresion ans victimhood. Yet they get more than they deseve in representation and allowences.
Honestly freedom of religion has become archaic here. There needs to far less granted on thag basis and an ammendment that expresses freedom from religion l.

@BorealPedant my experience with righties when it comes to freedom of speech and religion is they believe it means removal of any social consequences for being archaic and punching down while having freedom to use law enforcment and government to target anythjng that makes them uncomfortable

Like they genuinely don't see putting troops on the streets as a loss of personal freedom because the troops aren't there to stop them from doing anything.
It feels good and right because the freedoms of the "other guy" are not their priority. It's about power power power and nothing else.

@BorealPedant Some argue that, I dont actually. To me it boils down to a few things. One people rarely understand the diatinct difference between liberties and freedoms. Even our own government and Constirution. What people refer to freedoms are in fact liberties.
Second few people who speak aboht freedom or liberty for that matter even want it. They want protection of their personal comfort zones and elimination of what they cant understand. They warp their infantile desire to be coddled into comfort and grantinf of priviledge into their liberty which they errounisoisly label as freedoms
