Trump and Hegseth Ignored Pentagon Lawyers Warning Venezuelan Air Strikes Were War Crimes
Judge Advocate Generals (JAGs) from all military branches warned tRUMP and his entire misadministration of the illegality of his strikes on foreign shipping in international waters. This was before they even suspected that he would use unprovoked deadly force without attempting to follow the doctrine of “use of the minimum force necessary.”
These attacks were unprovoked, without probable cause, with no evidence, against citizens of a country we are not at war with, occurred in international waters.
In fact, from what can be discerned from the videos, rather than drug smuggling, the circumstantial evidence points more to perhaps human smuggling in the first case and fishing boats in the others.
This is NOT a law enforcement action and—until proven otherwise—amounts to de facto murder by tRUMP and his misadministration.
