Why is it, Cuba doesn’t have much money ?

Because they never built any industry and were a benefactors of the Soviet Union until it collapsed , also they embraced communism and have been ruled by dictators, some will say it’s an embargo from USA, because they blame everything onUSA. Ask a Cuban who made it here, they will explain it better than me.
