The old man has been arrested. He admitted to aiding the killer hoping to help him get away after he heard the gunshots and attempting to willfully and purposefully draw attention to himself. He admitted to his motives being his hatred for Charlie Kirk and wanted to help the killer. He also had child pornography all over his phone.

Of course the disgusting reaction to the left on this information about the old man is to "rationalize" and "justify" his actions, with comments like "Practically everyone has some form of pedophilia on their phones!" Showing another mask off moment for their side and who they clearly are as people.

They will mostly be pressing 3 distinct charges against him. Aiding and abetting the killer in his escape, making him responsible and culpable in the crime. Obstruction of Justice. And Pedophilia charges.
