Americans are classless. This is a liberal progressive cultural value. No high or low. All are equal under the law, our law.

This is the problem we cause when Americans go abroad. We have difficulty in accepting or understanding or refusal to accept or understand we are not the world. If others judge us harshly, that’s their problem, not ours. If it is, then we will bomb and kill anyone in the national interest.
