The USA is a government against the people.

From federal level thru state right down to your town council, all the people you love and vote into office consistently become bastard and bitches who work against your interests. This is American democracy as you know it. And yet, we salute the flag, sing the nation's anthem, and give up our lives to defend the homeland.

I don't get it. If you do, please explain it in a way that you understand it.

The approval ratings are from westerners like you who are sick of the way we run our societies. China is pretty mechanical in the way they solve their problems. They don't mess around like we do. A guy like George Floyd whose family was compensated $27 million, would have been shot by a firing squad in China within a week of sentencing and the cost of the bullets would be recovered from his family. The trouble is, we can't live in a country like China that runs like clockwork. We need our graffiti and urine stench in our trains.
