The DA and prosecutors should have to serve the sentence this now cleared woman would have received.
Prosecutors who deliberately withhold evidence that would exonorate a defendant should not only lose their license to practice law but they should be barred from ANY government jobs - for life - in addition to receiving a prison sentence.

Why? Because the city of Phoenix has pulled out of a neared settlement agreement.

While it is unclear yet as to why the city replaced its outside counsel and restarted the discovery process, what often delay settlement disputes is when city officials become "convinced" that they can win a case (or pay a lesser settlement) if only outside council is allowed to handle (or continue) a case (and rack up attorney fees on a contractual or hourly basis)/
And who are outside councils? They are often lawfirms who contribute heavily to the elected officials' campaigns who have the power to approve the city contracts awarded to those lawfirms.
