What do you think about the folks who voted for Trump, but now are bemoaning cuts to the medical care or their business adversely reacted as result of Donald's quotas, ICE raids and revoking approved immigration visas/status?

@NativePortlander1970 that was part of the lies (1 of the many his followers gives Orangeman passes on) Econ 101 …tariffs are ALWAYS(95% of the time) passed on to the consumer …yes business gets the increase but where do you think they get the “pay back” from
So many people warned and warned that tariff WILL increase costs to the consumer…NOW with supply of many items going down and demand up and add in tariffs …yeah you get the point…

BTW …still waiting for the gas prices to be $1.50 from day one we were told …oh well

@black4white They can also drives changes in balance of trade between countries. Rather pay more for some goods with better paying jobs here to produce more here than pay that difference in higher income taxes to support the barristas and wanna be influencers making subsistence wages
