Undercover police officers have started a new campaign to crack down on men catcalling female runners - by posing as joggers themselves.

Surrey Police sent two officers out running at rush hour to show the scale of harassment that women are facing.

I say arrest the assholes! Care to bet that fingerprints and DNA testing will result in finding some of them as suspects in unsolved sexual assault cases?

Under Illinois state law, depending on the action and what was said or gestured, it could be considered disorderly conduct and, therefore, illegal.

Repeat offenses could also be considered illegal as a stalking charge.

And, if the victim decides to pursue a tort case for infliction of emotional distress . . . 🙂
