If Warren really was like Clinton then Hillary would have made her VP pick. She didn't and the reasons why will tell you a lot about the reasons why people on the left have problems with Hillary.

@B Mrs C's ego wouldn't allow shareing the spotlight hence picking a second rate candidate. Mrs Warren may have appeased the Sanders supporters. It's clear the DNC screwed Senator Sanders and Mrs Warren condoned it. In retrospect this cycle would have been the best time for Mrs Warren to run and she blew it.

@Jackjjacksonjr: Clinton didn't pick Warren because the Dems Wall Street donors protested and she got cold feet. The banks are terrified of Warren because A) she understands the economics and B) she is a genuine progressive.

Yes Warren would have appeased some Sanders support and might have made the difference but Hillary is too establishment. So is Trump because there is no way that he would appoint a crusading anti-Wall Street Senator. Quite the opposite in fact.

@Burnley123: let's see what happens. I am impressed with the business like way Mr Trump is putting together his team. I'm looking forward to a business oriented government view as opposed to the last fifty years of missing the boat economically, muddling the Middle East and ineffectively dealing with Russia. New methods are good.

@Burnley123: disagree. There has never been a non politician president with the exception of two generals, Washington and Ike. Mr Trump is neither. We are breaking new ground.
