What do you think about Representative John Lewis not accepting Donald Trump as the legitimate POTUS?

Poll - Total Votes: 12
The polls look right. I see no surprise here.
It was MSNBC; what do you expect.
It doesn't matter what Lewis thinks.
Trump is facing some real hard times with the enemies he has made.

MSNBC conducted a Poll asking whether Jon Lewis should accept Trump as POTUS.
The results shocked me.
91% agreed that Lewis should keep his view on Trump as an illegitimate President.
77% were Republicans.
97% were women of all parties.

I wonder if 97% of voters know who Jon lewis is or give a flying fuck about his opinion.

Let's rewrite this in the form of a riddle.

What would happen if Jon lewis got his panties in a bunch and doesn't want trump to be president?

Nothing, nothing at all happens. Why are we talking about it.

Trump will get nothing accomplished if he acquires the attitude of who cares.
He will likely go down as one of the least effective Presidents ever.
Watch as bipartisan veto proof legislation for Russian sanctions is drafted in the Legislative branch.

Wasn't talking about trump. Was talking about america.

And any Russian legislation has no bearing on trump. He had nothing to do with it, as opposed to taking millions from foreign entities and special interests.

If they want to come at him with that then the legality of private servers and a hell of a lot more is going to come out.

I think one of us will be surprised. Maybe it will be me but either way, I don't give two shits about the opinion of Jon lewis or anyone on MSNBC

@Ptolemy:

You are more than entitled to your belief.

I see the nation in a huge divide that will set itself as an obstacle for anything he wants to accomplish for America.

Obstructionism will be the way for his term since he has isolated Republicans and Democrats.

Thanks, and I respect your opinion as well.

But I don't think he has isolated anyone except those that refuse to accept a few realities.

1. that he BEAT Hillary Clinton. There was no voter fraud and "fake news" is relative considering CNN's recent record. Not mention all the scandal on the other side.

#2 he won because America liked that he cut through the bullshit and didn't compromise on important issues.

He may not accomplish all his agenda- but I guarantee no other agenda will be accomplished instead.

#3 Since he announced his campaign it has been nothing but "he has no chance", "he is a joke" etc.
Its always definitive negatives against him.

Yet here he is, he wasn't my first choice and I am not a fan per say- but I am not betting against him now.
