Trump is once again a disgrace - not renewing Ukranian refugee work permits / visa

The Disgrace in Chief does not believe in keeping promises. Launched in April 2022, Uniting for Ukraine (U4U) offers more than a right to remain in the United States. It also grants Ukrainian refugees benefits like work permits, health insurance, childcare, food assistance, and cash. The program's application process ran for nearly three years before being suspended in January 2025. It has not resumed.
It is amazing how refugees/immigrants lawfully in the US, sudden have their visas cancelled and suddenly are illegal. Trump campaigned on promises to remove illegal immigrants - criminals, gang members and drug carter members.
Now Trump has "quotas" on deportations. Trump is now pushing a broader initiative to revoke legal status from over 1.8 million migrants who entered the U.S. under humanitarian parole programs. Peaceful, hard working, law abiding people who then would be classified as "illegal" and subject to agencies desperate to meet their quotas.
Trump is also pushing to revoke citizenship for often minor, inconsequential offenses

PS - in case anyone cares: I consider myself a conservative, Republican. However, His Disgrace has hijacked the party with a populist thrust. The main difference between Jim Jones and His Disgrace, is that donald would have charged for the kool-aid. BTW - I am still confused as to which crimes will get you deported and which can get you elected president..... 🫢🙄
