One of the founders of QAnon has a whole bunch of charges for human trafficking and doing transactions with a minor. The rest are silent because they all in jail even the ones we don't know.
But if the rest are still alive and out of jail, they only complain if it's not conservatives. Usually they're pretty complicit with their own and are that way themselves. The rest is just putting on a show for their cult maga members
