So we can give it to underdeveloped countries and they can develop so they'll be industrialized nations...and then they'll be carbon polluters too. Because, global warming. Yeah. Seems legit.

@adhane05: Yep. The scare tactics used then were everyone's gonna freeze to death and those who don't freeze to death will starve because we won't be able to grow any food. We have to do something now. NOW I tell you. We don't have a minute to waste.
