Trump is stripping away programs in which people entered legally and therefore artificially making undocumented people.

Imagine going to school, having children, working, building a career and contributing to the welfare of AMERICANS including veterans then one day, suddenly finding yourself a criminal as you're stripped of your citizenship. Your work no longer matters and your service also no longer matters. Because 15 years ago when they didn't really know you had PTSD of some unrelated charges. These are the types of situations immigrants find themselves in now. Trump is artificially creating criminals. Everyone is undocumented when you simply strip them of the programs they entered in, not because they intentionally were trying to break the law.

We all saw this coming. JD Vance said that, even though the Springfield Haitians came on a legal work program, he's going to keep calling them "illegal" because he disagrees with the program. It was never about legal status.

@BohemianBabe I was arguing with maga over which Biden programs were illegal and exactly how. I was hoping for a very precise breakdown thinking they had something but still, crickets. I have yet to hear back from them.

But I know why they don't know because it's not about legal status.
