Cost Savings? Give me a break!

The Army announced that they are shutting down their cavalry units, the horses that are used in ceremonies honoring fallen soldiers. This belt tightening will save two million dollars a year, part of Trump’s plan to reorganize the military. BTW, it cost forty-five million dollars for Trump’s birthday parade and the Dept of Defense will spend one Trillion dollars to refurbish a thirteen year old plane for Trump to take with him when he leaves office. All this while cutting food aid for poor kids and funding for nursing homes and rural hospitals.
