@SandWitch There is a beef shortage because producers drew down herd sizes. High demand low supply always leads to higher prices .. basic economics.

There is no such thing as a "beef shortage" in America, unlike what you've experienced in the past from 'mad cow disease' where you live in England.

Herd sizes in America have not been drawn down because Americans don't cull their herds for mad cow disease, but instead market the infected animals anyway because that's the American way. This has everything to do with Trump, but is none of your concern anyway since you are a Brit living in England.

@SandWitch As wrong about that as you are everything else. I live in PA, less than 90 miles from both NYC and Philadelphia. Before this location, I lived in other US states during my entire life. Have never been to the UK or the EU. Given how many folk from there act toward Americans while on here .. no real desire to anymore.
